“Do Chinese Eat Rats?”

Everything you ever wanted to know about the history of Chinese food, for those of you who love to retain random, fascinating bits of information (read: quadmoniker, universeexpanding).

Brought to you by Jenny 8. Lee, the most type-A person I know. (She actually talks at this pace all the time, while simultaneously grilling you about your career/love life, recommending books and writing news copy.) For more, read her book, The Fortune Cookie Chronicles.
