Things Which Terrify Me.

This is the scariest thing I’ve seen/heard in a very —very — long time:

The terrifying part comes at about the 1:50 mark.

The situation if very scary indeed, specially when you realize that the decision making is in the hands of people, as Kanjorski himself said, who have no clue as to what the problem is and how to fix it, and worst of all, seemingly blind of what is at stake. That’s why Republicans see nothing wrong in making a political stand against an economic stimulus they do not understand and why Democrats see nothing wrong in porking it up with their own pet projects. What’s utterly frustrating is that regardless of their political dogmas, it’s becoming clearer and clearer that if no action is taken the results will be disastrous.

…and yet some law makers would rather stand around and do nothing.

(oops I forgot to finish off that thought)
